Making tax allocation exciting, The Welsh Government aimed for an engaging depiction of how taxes power vital sectors. With an illustrative approach, we crafted a captivating storyline with animated visuals to turn complex fiscal processes into a visual adventure.
I guided this project as Producer and Coordinator with Rodrigo Serna, our Lead Animator, and Bethan Screen, the Voiceover Artist. We developed an engaging narrative from pitch to final edit, using Adobe Illustrator and After Effects. We used our expertise to turn dull topics lively, breathing new life into uninspiring branding guidelines. We rejuvenated the look with a fresh colour palette, faux 3D elements and basic character animation, all while managing costs.
